Meals on Three Wheels

In March 2020, the restaurants, tourists and local businesses street animals relied on for food all disappeared.

Thanks to the support of the amazing #TeamDogstar community of passionate animal lovers, an emergency feeding program was born. Every single day since March 2020, the Meals on Three Wheels tuk-tuk has delivered hundreds of meals to Sri Lanka's hungry cats and dogs. It starts with a meal, but it doesn't end there. Through the ripple your love creates, thousands of animals are also sterilised, treated for parasites and given life-saving vaccinations.

It's you who makes their tails wag. The dogs think you are amazing, and so do we!

Because street cats deserve love too

It's not all about dogs at Dogstar, a single female Cat can have three litters of up to six kittens in a single year! Thanks to cat lovers globally in 2023 we opened Sri Lanka's first feline-only veterinary clinic. Move over Uber, the Catstar Cat Taxi team transport hundreds of cats to our high-volume, high-welfare, cat-friendly spay-neuter veterinary clinic every month.
